The Year of the Rabbit!

Reception had a wonderful day celebrating Chinese New Year. We learnt how Chinese New Year is celebrated around the world. We enjoyed dancing to traditional Chinese music and even did our own dragon dance parade around the school. We got to taste some yummy Chinese foods and learnt how to use chopsticks. Lots of us found this really tricky but we kept persevering. We made our own Chinese dragon puppets and had fun visiting our outdoor Chinese restaurant. We have had so much fun celebrating Chinese New Year with our friends.
