BIG PEDAL DAY at LPA

Over 200 pupils and staff cycled, skated or scooted into school this morning!

We are adamant on reducing local traffic and pollution levels and the best way of doing this is by cutting use of motor vehicles. We are working very closely with SUSTRANS at present as part of the School Street project that makes our local community safer still.

All children received a rainbow sticker for promoting our motto "Active Body, Healthy Mind" and a healthy snack to start the day! There will be another "Bike to School" day in July. We will need a bigger bike shed!!!
