School Council Visit To Town Hall
Today, our School Parliament representatives from years 3-6 visited the Town Hall in Eastbourne. They were given a very interesting guided tour and had the opportunity to meet the Mayor and the Mayor's Consort. They saw a variety of rooms including the Chambers and learnt about the Mayors robes and duties. They also found out that although the Mayor has to deliver speeches to lots of people, which she finds very daunting, she also gets to meet some very interesting people.
